Sliding door left and right with window The presence of a sliding door on each side of the vehicle ensures greater flexibility when getting into and out of the vehicle. The sliding doors do not need much space to open, so the driver can even enter tighter parking spaces.

Tailgate The tailgate of your vehicle can be opened upwards to an angle of approx. 90°. This provides you with plenty of room for loading and unloading. The large rear window also provides a good view towards the rear.

Double-wing rear-end door, 180 degrees, with window The wide-opening, 2-wing rear-end door with asymmetrical split makes it easier for you to load and unload bulky large objects - a plus especially in awkward situations such as in low garages or narrow parking spaces.

Active Safety Package The Active Safety Package_[3] comprises 4 driver assistance systems that can help take the strain off you and make driving safer. These are Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Speed Limit Assist, also Traffic Sign Assist in conjunction with the Navigation Package.

Active Brake Assist Active Brake Assist_[3] can, for example, help you avoid accidents with vehicles ahead or crossing in front of you, as well as pedestrians, or mitigate the consequences of such accidents. This can increase both your own safety and that of other road users.

Blind Spot Assist With Blind Spot Assist,_[3] you'll enjoy safer driving – especially when changing lanes. It uses radar technology to monitor the area which is not covered by your outside mirrors. By means of visual and acoustic warnings, it can warn you of a potential side impact with other road users.

Active Lane Keeping Assist Lane Keeping Assist_[3] can help prevent accidents caused by the vehicle inadvertently leaving the lane it is travelling in. If the system detects that the vehicle has drifted out of its lane, it warns the driver by means of a pulsating vibration of the steering wheel. This prompts the driver to return to the correct lane.

Speed Limit Assist Speed Limit Assist_[3] makes it easier for you to comply with maximum permissible speeds. Wherever possible, the system shows what is allowed: it uses the camera to detect the current maximum permissible speed and displays it in the instrument cluster.

Traffic Sign Assist Traffic Sign Assist_[3] makes it easier for you to observe maximum permissible speeds and other signposted instructions. This increases safety.

Highbeam Assist Highbeam Assist_[3] automatically switches the main beams on and off according to the traffic situation and thereby relieves the driver of having to manually switch back and forth between main beams and dipped beams.

Crosswind Assist Crosswind Assist_[3] can detect track offset caused by strong crosswind gusts in a timely manner and help the driver to stay in lane. A sudden track offset of the vehicle can cause inappropriate steering reactions on the part of the driver.

ATTENTION ASSIST ATTENTION ASSIST_[3] can warn the driver in good time of fatigue and microsleep. The system can contribute to road safety especially on night-time drives and long routes. The display of ATTENTION ASSIST appears in the instrument cluster between rev counter and speedometer.

Hill Start Assist Hill Start Assist_[3] can making moving off on a slope easier by temporarily preventing the vehicle from rolling backwards.

Anti-theft alarm system The anti-theft alarm system (ATA) offers a high level of anti-theft protection for vehicle and load. The anti-theft alarm system is armed automatically when the radio remote control of the central locking system is operated. The alarm sounds as soon as one of the doors is opened or unlocked from the inside when activated.

Tyre pressure loss warning system at front and rear, wireless The tyre pressure loss warning system in your vehicle can help improve driving safety and reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption.

Mercedes-Benz emergency call system The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system can ensure crucial time savings in an emergency. Using a communication module with its own SIM card, an automatic emergency call is initiated following an accident, thereby potentially reducing the time before the emergency services arrive at the scene. Alternatively, an emergency call can be triggered manually to organise assistance.

7 airbags The Citan Tourer has seven airbags as standard: front airbags for driver and front passenger, thorax sidebags, centre airbag and window airbags.

KEYLESS-GO Thanks to KEYLESS-GO, your vehicle key can stay in your pocket. Your vehicle recognises you as the owner using the stored access and drive authorisation and unlocks it as you approach or when you press the button on the door handle - without the need for you to have the key in your hand.

7-speed automatic transmission The 7-speed automatic transmission in your vehicle allows comfortable and potentially fuel-efficient driving at low engine speeds as well as powerful quick bursts of speed – for example when overtaking.

6-speed manual transmission The 6-speed manual transmission in your vehicle is noted for its comfortable gearshifts and smooth-running characteristics even at higher speeds. It also supports a fuel-efficient driving style with early upshifts.

Increased payload The increased payload makes it possible to carry heavier loads and thus allows more flexible use of the vehicle.

Reversing camera The reversing camera assists you when parking and manoeuvring. It provides greater safety when reversing and can help you avoid parking and manoeuvring damage. Depending on the vehicle's equipment, the high-resolution images from the reversing camera are either shown in the multimedia system display or the inside rearview mirror. Optional equipment.

THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control With 2 climate control zones, THERMOTRONIC enables you to make individual climate control settings for driver and front passenger. Temperature, airflow and air distribution can be automatically controlled at the press of a button, while the driver and front passenger can set their desired temperature independently of one another.

Hot air duct to the passenger compartment The warm-air duct ensures that the passenger compartment can be brought quickly and comfortably up to the right temperature. The pipe runs underneath the front seats to the rear and channels the temperature-controlled air past the driver's/front passenger seat into the passenger compartment.

Seat Comfort Package With this package, you and your passengers will enjoy an especially comfortable ride. The package comprises a host of equipment items, including seat heating and seat height adjustment for driver and front passenger, as well as a lumbar support for the driver's seat. These can help increase seating and ride comfort, in particular on longer journeys.

Seat heating for driver and front passenger A superb feeling of well-being, especially in the colder months: the seat heating warms cold seat surfaces rapidly to ensure you enjoy a pleasant seat temperature directly after getting in to the vehicle.

Driver's seat height-adjustable with lumbar support The height-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support makes it possible to adopt an ergonomic, back-friendly seating position. Besides length and inclination adjustment, you can now also set the seat height and lumbar support individually to your needs.

Cruise control Cruise control_[3] can take the strain off you by maintaining a pre-selected speed for your vehicle without the need for you to operate the accelerator pedal. Driving at a constant speed facilitates economical driving and can help you to save fuel.
