         Electrically operated sliding doors The electric operation of the sliding doors enables comfortable and smooth opening and closing - simply at the touch of a button. The operating options are diverse: for example, using a switch from the cockpit or via radio remote control.

        Sliding door, left The sliding door installed on the left-hand side of the vehicle represents a significant increase in comfort when accessing the passenger compartment from the side. This is particularly helpful when using the vehicles in question in congested urban traffic or when loading and unloading simultaneously via the sliding and rear doors.

        Electric step for sliding load compartment doors The installation of a large, electrically extendable step made of non-deformable aluminium and sheet steel makes access or exit on the right-hand side of the vehicle easier, more comfortable and more convenient, as it provides a lower step height. Optional equipment.
        Double-wing rear doors, opening to side wall The double-wing rear-end doors can be opened all the way to the side wall and lock in place there automatically. This significantly facilitates the loading process in tight spaces, for example at loading docks. The open doors remain locked to the side wall and restrict the view only minimally when reversing.         Trailer coupling with fixed ball-head The trailer coupling with a fixed ball head allows trailers to be towed with ball-type trailer coupling and a trailer load of up to 2000 kg. The equipment specification includes the cross-member, the 13-pin trailer socket and the fixed ball coupling. Optional equipment.
        Detachable ball head trailer coupling The trailer coupling with a detachable ball head enables trailers to be towed with a trailer load of up to 2000 kg. The trailer coupling can be removed to facilitate loading and unloading. This reduces the risk of injury from the coupling or of getting one's clothes dirty from it. Optional equipment.

Particularly innovative: operation via the high-resolution touchscreen with a screen diagonal of 26 cm (10.25-inch) or via the Touch Control buttons on the multifunction steering wheel.                     Multifunction steering wheel With the multifunction steering wheel, the on-board computer, vehicle functions and multimedia systems can be comfortably operated via Touch Control buttons or regular buttons, without taking your hands off the steering wheel. Optional equipment.

                       Charging Package instrument panel The Charging Package significantly expands the charging options in the cockpit. It comprises 2 USB ports with 5 V and a 12 V socket. As a result, a USB port and a 12 V socket each are available in the central stowage compartment of the instrument panel and at the front in the lower section of the centre console.

                      Hinged lid for stowage compartment The stowage compartment with the practical hinged lid in the centre of the cockpit securely holds personal items, documents – e.g. shipping documents – or mobile devices such as tablets hidden from view and protected against sliding around.                       Hinged cover for stowage compartments, left and right The two stowage compartments with practical hinged covers on the left and right in the dashboard are intended for holding personal objects and documents, such as freight papers, as well as mobile end devices. This ensures these are safely stowed away during the journey and can be reached quickly, if necessary.

                      Illuminated exits The exit lights switch on automatically when the front doors or the sliding doors are opened. The lights make getting in and out in the dark safer, more convenient and more comfortable for the driver and co-driver as well as for the passengers.

                      Stowage compartment under dashboard The wide open stowage compartment on the co-driver side below the instrument panel has a capacity of approx. 8.5 l. It is intended for holding personal objects, documents or cups. Optional equipment.
                      Luxury suspension seat, driver and co-driver seats The suspension seat for the driver or co-driver offers maximum seating comfort thanks to individual adjustment options and the combination of mechanical and hydraulic spring action. The equipment of the driver's luxury seat is additionally complemented by the seat suspension, which can be adjusted to the weight of the driver or co-driver.

                      2-seater luxury bench seat The 2-seater luxury bench seat in the 1st or 2nd row of the passenger compartment offers individual seating comfort for 2 people thanks to individually adjustable seat backrests and comfort headrests. Both seats are equipped with three-point seat belts and an ISOFIX child seat securing system. The 2-seat bench seat leaves room on the right to load cargo through.

                      3-seater luxury bench seat The 3-seater luxury bench seat in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd row of the passenger compartment offers individual seating comfort for 3 people thanks to individually adjustable seat backrests and comfort headrests.                       2-passenger bench seat The 2-seater bench seat in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd row of the passenger compartment offers 2 comfortable seats with three-point safety belts, ISOFIX child seat attachment points and head restraints. To the right of the 2-seater bench seat, a through-loading facility extending forwards as far as the rear of the co-drivers seat remains.

                      3-seater bench seat The 3-seat bench seat in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd row of the passenger compartment offers 3 comfortable seats with three-point safety belts and head restraints as well as ISOFIX child seat attachments on the outer two seats.

                      Cup holders in passenger compartment The seats in the passenger compartment can be equipped with easy-to-reach cup holders, which can hold mugs or bottles with up to a diameter of 84 mm. The double holders are integrated between the seat cushions of two seats.

                      Armrests aisle and wall side In this equipment variant, an armrest with adjustable inclination is fitted on the aisle and wall side of each bench seat in the passenger compartment. This provides added ride comfort, especially on longer distances, because the passengers are able to rest and relax their arms during the trip.

                      Luxury interior panelling The luxury interior panelling gives the passenger compartment the appropriate ambience and also improves the noise and thermal insulation. It is made from high-quality plastic with an extensive integrated fabric trim.

                             Traffic Sign Assist Traffic Sign Assist[1] shows the driver-detected speed limits as well as "no entry" or "no overtaking" signs, and their cancellation, in the instrument cluster display and in the media display, and warns if it detects that no-entry signs are being ignored. This helps particularly on journeys with frequently changing speed limits, for instance in roadworks.
                            Optional equipment.
                            Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC[1] can maintain the distance to the vehicle in front set by the driver and can relieve them, for example, when driving on the motorway or in stop/start traffic. The system accelerates the vehicle by itself and brakes it with a maximum of half the vehicle's braking power in order to maintain a safe distance.
                            Optional equipment.
                            Active Lane Keeping Assist Inattention and fatigue can result in your inadvertently drifting out of your lane. Active Lane Keeping Assist[1] can warn the driver both acoustically and visually. On vehicles with front-wheel or rear-wheel drive a haptic warning is also issued in the form of vibrations in the steering wheel.

                            Active Brake Assist Active Brake Assist[1] can help to prevent accidents with vehicles ahead and with crossing pedestrians or cyclists, or mitigate their consequences.

                            Blind Spot Assist Blind Spot Assist[1] with Rear Cross Traffic Alert can, using visual and acoustic warning signals, help avoid accidents when changing lane and when reversing out of a parking space. If Blind Spot Assist detects a vehicle in the blind spot, it displays a warning with a red triangle in the corresponding exterior mirror.

                            ATTENTION ASSIST The ATTENTION ASSIST system[1] can warn the driver of fatigue and microsleep in good time. The system can contribute to road safety especially on night-time drives and long journeys. The ATTENTION ASSIST display appears in the instrument cluster between rev counter and speedometer.

                            Highbeam Assist Highbeam Assist automatically switches the main beams on and off according to the traffic situation and thereby relieves the driver of having to manually switching back and forth between main beam and dipped beam. The system is controlled by a camera behind the windscreen that permanently registers the traffic situation in front of the vehicle.

                               Adaptive brake lights The adaptive brake lights with their conspicuous flashing can significantly reduce the reaction time of the drivers of following vehicles and thereby prevent rear-end collisions. The flashing brake lights are activated at a speed of more than 50 km/h.
                              Mercedes-Benz emergency call system The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system can ensure crucial time savings in an emergency. An emergency call can be triggered automatically or manually to organise assistance.

                              Premium protection for tyres (3 years) The premium protection for your tyres protects you from unexpected costs. It covers damage to all tyres installed ex works caused by objects stuck in the tyre, impact damage from kerbs, burst tyres, vandalism or theft.

                              Anti-Theft Protection Package The Anti-Theft Protection Package provides comprehensive protection for vehicle and cargo. When the system is armed, the alarm is triggered as soon as one of the doors is opened or unlocked from the inside.

                              Side marker lights The yellow LED marker lights at the vehicle sides increase the visibility while driving and when the vehicle is stopped when the headlamps are switched on, and thereby contribute to improved road safety. They are required in the EU for vehicles with an overall vehicle length of 6 metres and more.
                              Windowbags for driver and co-driver In the event of a side impact, the window airbags integrated in the roof liner can protect the head, face and chest area of the occupants of the outer seats in the driver's cab.
                              Optional equipment.
                              Driver's airbag In the event of a collision, the airbag integrated in the steering wheel can protect the driver's head and upper body. Thus the airbag provides a high level of protection which minimises both the risk and severity of potential head and chest injuries.
                              Co-driver's Airbag In the event of a collision, the front airbag, or the double airbag in the case of a front passenger bench seat, can contribute to protecting the head and upper body of passengers sitting in the front. It thus provides a high degree of protection.

                              Driver and front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag In the event of a side impact, the sidebags located in the outer side of the seat backrest can protect the chest and pelvic area by deploying in the space between the door and driver or front passenger.

                                 Parking Package with reversing camera The Parking Package with reversing camera and integral Parking Assist comprehensively relieves the driver with a better overview to the rear when parking and manoeuvring. The reversing camera makes the area directly behind the vehicle visible. It thereby helps to identify any obstacles when parking or manoeuvring.

                                Reversing camera with display in the inside rearview mirror The reversing camera makes the area directly behind the vehicle, which cannot be directly seen without a camera, visible in a display in the inside rearview mirror. This increases safety during parking and manoeuvring – particularly in restricted traffic conditions – and can help to avoid damage to the vehicle.

                                THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control The THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control automatically ensures a constant feel-good climate in the cab, even in direct sunlight or in very high or very low outside temperatures.

                                Electric auxiliary warm-air heater The electric auxiliary warm-air heater pampers driver and passengers with cosy warmth as soon as the engine is started. The heater warms up incoming air upstream of the air vents, so that a comfortable wellness atmosphere can be quickly enjoyed in the vehicle interior even on cold days.
                                Luxury driver and co-driver seat The luxury seat can be manually adjusted in position, height and inclination by means of levers and adjustment wheels and thus adapted to the individual comfort needs of the driver or co-driver. Thanks to its many adjustment options, even long journeys can be made comfortably.

                                Electrically adjustable front seats The electrically adjustable seat can be adapted to individual comfort needs at the touch of a button and, thanks to its high level of ergonomics, meets the criteria of the Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR) e.V. Campaign for Healthier Backs. The fore/aft position of the seat, the seat height as well as the angle of the backrest and the seat cushion are power-adjustable.

                                Driver and co-driver seat lumbar support The lumbar support in the backrest of the seat allows individual adjustment to the ergonomic comfort needs of the driver or co-driver. Both air cushions are adjusted pneumatically. The height of the cushions and the degree of curvature can be controlled via a 4-way push button on the outside of the seat.
                                Optional equipment.
                                Seat heating for driver and front passenger The seat is equipped with an integrated 3-level seat heating. The electric seat heating enhances seating comfort and well-being on cold days or chilly nights. Optional equipment.
                                Cruise Control The cruise control system allows relaxed and economical driving, especially on long journeys. It relieves the driver by maintaining a pre-selected speed without the need to operate the accelerator. Optional equipment.
                                WET WIPER SYSTEM The windscreen wiper system offers the driver improved vision even during the wiping process. Washer fluid is sprayed directly ahead of the wiper blades and wiped away immediately. Thanks to the concentrated distribution, the consumption of cleaning fluid is significantly reduced.
