Electrically operated sliding doors The electric operation allows the opening and closing of the sliding door at the touch of a button, without the driver having to get out or the passengers having to touch the sliding door. This means a significant increase in comfort, especially when the sliding door is used frequently.

Sliding door, left The sliding door on the left-hand side offers additional access to the vehicle. This makes loading and unloading and getting in and out of the vehicle faster and more flexible, for example in cramped traffic situations in the city centre.

V. campaign for healthier backs.

Single-piece seat backrests can be adjusted from an upright position to a fully reclined position in just a few steps. They help you to, amongst other things, maintain a minimum distance from the vehicle in front, be aware of vehicles in your blind spot and avoid inadvertently straying out of the lane.

Lane Tracking Package The Lane Tracking Package_[1] can help you to stay in lane and change lanes on multi-lane roads. It comprises Lane Keeping Assist and Blind Spot Assist. The combination of these two assistance systems can bring clear benefits in terms of driving safety and stress relief.

Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC The radar-based Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC system_[1] automatically maintains a set distance to vehicles travelling in front, taking the strain off you on motorways or in stop-and-go traffic.

Blind Spot Assist Blind Spot Assist_[1] with Rear Cross Traffic Alert can use visual and acoustic warnings to help avoid accidents when changing lane and reversing. PRE-SAFE® The PRE-SAFE® anticipatory occupant protection system_[1] can identify potentially critical driving situations at an early stage and initiate protective measures. The measures include reversible tightening of the driver's and front passenger's seat belts and closing any open windows and roof systems if necessary.

Crosswind Assist Crosswind Assist_[1] can detect track offset caused by strong crosswind gusts in a timely manner and help the driver to stay in lane. A sudden track offset of the vehicle can cause inappropriate steering reactions on the part of the driver.

ATTENTION ASSIST ATTENTION ASSIST_[1] can help to avoid momentary nodding off and therefore provides you with increased safety, in particular when driving at night and on long journeys. The system provides you with a visual and acoustic warning if it identifies typical signs of drowsiness or lack of attention, and suggests taking a break.

Anti-theft alarm system The anti-theft alarm system (ATA) offers high anti-theft protection for vehicle and load. It is automatically activated when the radio remote control of the central locking system is pressed. The alarm sounds as soon as one of the doors is opened or unlocked from the inside while it is activated.

GUARD 360° vehicle protection GUARD 360° vehicle protection_[1] combines a number of security features that improve protection both for your vehicle and for any valuables in the interior. It issues both an acoustic and a visual warning if it detects a break-in or theft.

Anti-Theft Protection Package The Anti-Theft Protection Package can help you to secure the vehicle by triggering a visual and an acoustic alarm if it detects a danger of theft. It consists of an anti-theft alarm system (ATA), interior protection and tow-away protection.

Tyre pressure loss warning system at front and rear, wireless The tyre pressure loss warning system checks the air pressure in all 4 wheels from 20 km/h. It can alert the driver to a loss of pressure in the tyres, so increasing driving safety and tyre life.

Premium protection for tyres (3 years) The premium protection for your tyres protects you from unexpected costs. It covers damage to all tyres installed ex works that is caused, for example, by objects that are stuck in the tyre, impact damage from kerbs, burst tyres, vandalism or theft. If a warranty applies, the tyre and installation costs are refunded.

Mercedes-Benz emergency call system The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system can ensure crucial time savings in an emergency. Using a communication module with its own SIM card, an automatic emergency call is initiated following an accident, thereby potentially reducing the time before the emergency services arrive at the scene. Alternatively, an emergency call can be triggered manually to organise assistance.

Airbags for driver and front passenger In the event of a collision the front airbags can protect the head and upper body of the driver and any front-seat passengers. They also help to stabilise the whole body. They thus provide a high degree of protection; reducing both the risk and severity of head, face and chest injuries.

Thorax/pelvis side airbags for driver and front passenger The thorax/pelvis side airbag can help to protect the upper body and pelvic area of the driver or front passenger in the event of a side impact and reduce the risk of injury. The sidebag is installed in the backrest of the driver's seat and front passenger seat.

Window airbags for driver and front passenger The window airbags for driver and front passenger offer a higher level of protection against head and face injuries in a severe side-on collision. The window airbags are located in the headliner on either side of the vehicle and, in the event of a detected collision, inflate within milliseconds to form an air cushion curtain in front of the side windows.

The air-conditioning system regulates the interior temperature automatically.

TEMPMATIC semi-automatic air conditioning system in the rear The TEMPMATIC semi-automatic air conditioning system in the rear pampers your passengers with pleasant climate comfort. Seat heating for driver and front passenger The electric seat heating warms up cold seats immediately after having been switched on, thereby boosting seating comfort and fostering well-being during the cold season or on cold nights.

Reversing camera The reversing camera assists you when parking and manoeuvring: it displays the area immediately behind the vehicle that you are unable to see directly. As a result, damage caused when parking and manoeuvring can be avoided. Dynamic guide lines and a 180° view also facilitate orientation when reversing.

Parking Package with reversing camera Regardless of whether you are parking in a transverse or parallel parking space, forwards or backwards: the Parking package with reversing camera supports you when parking and unparking, and makes manoeuvring in tight spaces easier. This can save time and nerves, as well as help to avoid unnecessary damage while parking.

Comfort suspension seat for driver and front passenger, swivelling The swivelling comfort suspension seat offers more than just pleasant seating comfort during travelling: when the vehicle is stationary, it can be flexibly swivelled. For example by 180°, to a communicative position face-to-face with the passengers in the rear seat row. If the seat is turned by up to 50° to the door, exiting is made easier.

Lumbar support for driver's and front passenger seat The 4-way lumbar support supports the vertebrae in the lumbar region and thus relieves strain on the back. This is especially pleasant on long journeys. 2 air cushions in the seat back of the comfort suspension seat can be individually adjusted to the needs of the driver or front passenger and thus support an ergonomic posture.

Cruise control Cruise control takes the burden off you by maintaining a pre-selected speed without the need for you to operate the accelerator pedal. A constant speed supports an energy-efficient driving style. Using the integrated speed limiter, you can set a maximum speed which helps you, for example, to stay within speed limits.

Acoustic Package With the Acoustic Package you improve the level of noise in the vehicle interior and therefore heighten the driving comfort experience. To this end, the doors are provided with additional insulation, sound-proofing and sealing and the drivetrain is optimised to reduce vibration.
