The special workshop was exclusively conducted by one of Mercedes-Benz Group AG’s most renowned Aftersales Trainers from Malaysia, Ms. Charis Yong. This training mainly focused on improving customer experience, building customer loyalty and how all the team members could contribute to improve the overall CSI.
